Spinning Leaves Volunteers & Donations
Tomorrow we kick off the 10th Annual Spinning Leaves Competition. We have just a few more volunteer spots and food donation needs that would be a huge help if someone could pick up.
Food Needs:
Family Size Salad w/Dressing on the side
Garlic Bread
Package of meet sticks
Volunteer Needs:
Ice Monitor at 3:10pm
A few other extra hands in certain shift would be amazing too!!
October Ice
October Ice Time, Clinics, etc will open on Sunday Sept 27th at 12pm. Please note that Holiday Show group number practice is beginning on Oct 1!! Adult group number practice will take place on Saturdays during the 5:30-6am Dance and Skating Skills session. Right now we plan to allow lessons to continue, but we will see how effective this session is.
There will be an extended show practice on Thursday Oct 29th from 5-6pm which will eliminate that freestyle.
Holiday Ice Show
Fa-La-La-La-LA!!! It is the time to register your skater for our 2026 Holiday Ice Show. I know it isn't even October yet!!! Here are the details.
Show Date: Sunday Dec. 20th. Time TBA, but it will be an evening show.
Who is eligible to skate: All of our skaters will have a spot in this show. Yes, there are minimum requirements for soloists and certain group numbers. If your skater has NOT passed their Pre-Preliminary Skating Skills Test they are eligible to be in our Aspire group number. LTS skaters will NOT register.
Registration Deadline: October 3, 2026. It is a short turn around, but I beleive in you:-)
Payment: We are accepting payment in Cash or Check only this year. Payments must be completed by Oct 3. Hand all payments to Cora or Moe only.

Practice Schedule: All missed practices MUST be communicated via text or phone call to the Show Director prior to the practice beginning. Skaters may NOT miss more than 2 practices w/out a make up lesson scheduled at your expense with the Show Director.
Youth Low, Mid & High Groups:
Thursdays 5:30-6:00pm Beginning Oct 1.
Additional practices Thurs Oct 29, Nov. 19, Dec 17 5-6pm.
Mandatory Dress Rehearsal: Dec 19 6:00-7:30am
ALL Adult Groups:
Saturdays 5:30-6:00am Beginning Oct 3
Mandatory Dress Rehearsal: Dec 19 6:00-7:30am
New System for ASAP Strength
We recognize that trying to run strength sessions through the club limits too many of our skaters into a tight timeframe. Fred has agreed to open his schedule for direct scheduling with our athletes. Please see the information on the flyer below and schedule your training TODAY!!
