About the Event
Step Up Your Skills Training Camp:
This one day training camp is geared to help our skaters step their skills up. Skaters will be introduced to new skills and new training situations to push them into our competition season with a higher level of confidence and success. All athletes will experience an on ice skills specific clinic with designated practice and private lesson time. Our higher level skaters will also have the opportunity to learn from Mindset Specialist Ryan Sawyer from Integrated Human Performance. All athletes will end the day with a strength session with Coach Fred Kelley from A.S.A.P Fitness.
